KUVZA provides delivery services across Pakistan through available courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Karachi:
Approximately 2–3 working days.

Other Cities in Pakistan:
Approximately 3–5 working days.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations. Payment should be made according to the instructions provided by the courier.

Open Parcel

If open-parcel service is available through the assigned courier, the customer may inspect the parcel according to that courier company's applicable procedure.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or another available communication method.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including name, phone number and delivery address.

KUVZA is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or refuses the order, the parcel may be returned to us.
